i can tell u

first of all, fucking spell dmg doesnt work(for instance: 1500 spl dmg bonus=2k with the shadow bolt) u need full t6 and powerful items for this bonus
and ruin talent(%100 crit.) doesnt work
soul leech doesnt work (talent)
devastation doesnt work (talent)
pyroclasm doesnt work (talent)

The original idea was to post known bugs for 2.3 in here. Maybe it changed when the entire section was accidentally deleted then remade.
